If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 2 business days for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, an online store credit code will be issued.

Approved returns will be issued via an online store credit code.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items*

For lost/stolen packages please contact within 5 days of USPS delivery update. 

Packages lost due to incorrect address or missing apartment numbers will not be refunded. Store credit will be provided in this case.
