Approved returns will be issued via an online store credit code.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items*

If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 2 business days for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, an online store credit code or refund will be issued.

For lost/stolen packages please contact within 5 days of USPS delivery update. Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages lost by carriers, and claims will be handled on a case by case basis.

Packages lost due to incorrect address or missing apartment numbers will not be refunded. In the case that it is returned to us, we will reship order once received.
